Returns Policy for online orders
Here at Kawasaki Parts Online, we hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, we know that sometimes you will need to return an item. If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return your item to us and will are happy to offer an exchange or refund on items in their original, unopened packaging returned to us within 28 days of purchase. If the item is faulty, we can offer a refund or exchange where available.
Returning your item to our Colchester Branch
If you have chosen to return your item(s) in person then you do not need to call us in advance. Simply visit us with the parts in their original, unopened packaging along with your invoice and order number, adhering to the PPE and social distancing measures that are in place. Please note we only accept returns to our Colchester branch.
For non-faulty products
For non-faulty items please contact our team to arrange the return before posting us the goods. Return postage is to be paid by the customer. Any products returned must be undamaged, and in their original, unopened packaging. If good are returned more than 14 days after you’ve received them this will incur a 15% restocking fee.
For faulty products
Supply errors must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When goods are supplied in error or arrive damaged, we will cover all shipping costs and exchange or credit in full. All items will be inspected before an exchange or refund is applied.
